What is Incoloy Alloy?

Incoloy is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy designed to resist oxidation and carbonization when the temperature rises.

There are many types of Incoloy alloys: common ones such as Incoloy800, Incoloy800H, Incoloy800HT, Incoloy825, Incoloy840, Incoloy901, Incoloy925, Incoloy20, Incoloy330, Incoloy 25-6Mo and so on.

(800H, 800HT)

This alloy of nickel-iron-chromium iron-nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy has good corrosion resistance in high-temperature water vapor, including steam-air-CO2 mixed gas. In some high-temperature and high-pressure water media, it has good corrosion resistance. The stress corrosion performance is significantly better than 18-8 stainless steel and Inconel600; it also has good corrosion resistance in H2+H2S media, and its stress corrosion resistance is better than Inconel600 and other high nickel alloys in alkaline media containing NaOH.

The main products of this alloy are bars, pipes, plates, strips, wires and forgings, etc., which are mainly used in nuclear industry, petrochemical, chemical, food and other industries.

Incoloy825

This alloy of nickel-iron-chromium is a nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy containing a small amount of metallic elements molybdenum and copper. Among reducing acids and oxidizing acids, it has good corrosion resistance, as well as good resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion. It has excellent corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid. This alloy has good hot and cold processing properties, and is easy to cold form and weld.

The main products of this alloy are bars, pipes, plates, strips, wires and forgings, etc., which are mainly used in the chemical, petrochemical, nuclear industry, and rare metal extraction industries.
